About Our Items
All items offered in our shop are vintage or antique.
Please understand that signs of age — such as wear, surface marks, scratches and general signs of use — are part of their history.
Condition assessments are made subjectively, and we kindly ask that purchases be made only if you are comfortable
with the nature of vintage and antique pieces.
We hope you will enjoy these characteristics as part of their unique charm and story.
Decorative Use of Tableware & Ceramics
In accordance with Japanese Food Sanitation Law,
all tableware and ceramic items are sold for decorative and display purposes only.
Any alternative use is at the customer’s discretion.
Please note that the use of ovens, microwave ovens, dishwashers or other electrical appliances may result in damage.
Even if originally suitable for such use, these are vintage or antique items and we kindly ask that such usage be avoided.
Product Appearance & Measurements
Colours and shapes may appear slightly different depending on your device or viewing environment.
Please also allow for minor variations in size and weight, as measurements are taken by hand.
Condition Details
As all items are vintage or antique, age-related wear including damage, signs of use, stains, distortion, scratches, marks,
chips and dents (as shown in photographs) are considered accepted at the time of purchase.
Whilst we endeavour to describe each item as carefully as possible,
there may occasionally be small imperfections not visible in photographs or unintentionally overlooked.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase.
Availability
Some items may also be offered at events or pop-up markets.
Should an item sell elsewhere, it will be removed from the online shop without notice.
We appreciate your understanding.
Postage
A flat shipping fee of ¥850 applies (*with some exceptions).
Orders over ¥15,000 qualify for complimentary shipping.
In certain cases, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the item.

Packaging & Sustainability
To reduce waste and be mindful of the environment,
we may reuse packaging materials and newspaper for wrapping.

Returns & Damage in Transit
We regret that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to customer preference.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during delivery due to our error,
please contact us via the website within five days of receipt so that we may assist you.
