<Returns & Cancellations>

In principle, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if an item arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us through the inquiry form on our website within 5 days of receiving the item.

Please note that all items we sell are vintage or antique. Signs of age such as wear, stains, distortion, scratches, chips, or dents (as shown in the photos) are considered part of the character of the item and are deemed accepted at the time of purchase.

We try to describe each item as accurately as possible; however, there may be small imperfections that are not visible in the photos or may have been overlooked. Thank you for your understanding.
