【French Small vase of Gustave Tiffoche 60-80's/ギュスターヴ・ティフォッシュ黄鉄鉱の花瓶】
フランスの陶芸家・彫刻家・画家のギュスターヴ・ティフォッシュ氏(1930-2011)の作品
パイライト（硫黄と鉄からなる硫化鉱物の一種）を含む砂岩を使用した小さな花瓶です。
酸化した鉄と硫黄が黒くはじけ飛んだような素材が印象的でとても雰囲気のあるお品。
小ぶりなデザインで、手持ち部分も丸みを帯びていて素敵です。
水差し・花瓶・ミルクピッチャーと用途は様々。
底にティフォッシュ氏のサインが見られます。
＊水漏れテストとして、1～2時間水を張って漏れがないか確認済です。水漏れはありませんでしたが、古いお品ですのでインナーカップのご使用をお勧めいたします。

【French Small Vase by Gustave Tiffoche / 1960s–80s】
A small jug by French ceramicist, sculptor and painter Gustave Tiffoche (1930–2011)
This piece is made from sandstone containing pyrite (a mineral formed from iron and sulphur).
The oxidised iron and sulphur create dark, burst-like textures across the surface, giving it a very distinctive and atmospheric look.
It has a compact size, and the softly rounded handle adds a gentle, charming touch.
It can be used as a water jug, a vase, or even a small milk pitcher — beautifully versatile.
Tiffoche’s signature can be seen on the base.
*Water test carried out: The vase was filled with water for 1–2 hours and no leakage was found. However, as this is a vintage piece, we recommend using an inner cup if displaying fresh flowers.
