フランス製の白磁の可愛い取手付きのクレームブリュレ皿です。
白磁(=Porcelaine)は鉄分の少ない白い陶土(磁土)の素地に透明な釉薬をかけ、高火度で焼成した純白の磁器です。原料や焼き方により、青みがかった白、乳白色、温かみのある白など多様な表情を見せてくれます。また高い耐久性があり、丈夫で使いやすいとされています。
取手部分は、花びらのような帆立の貝殻のようなデザインが施されていて心が和みます。
丈夫でしっかりした印象なので、使い方もさまざま。
前菜やサラダ、ブリュレなどデザートにもテーブルをおしゃれに演出してくれます。
また日常使いやお気に入りのリングやピアス・イヤリングトレーなどウキウキな一枚に。
