【19th Century French tinplate Water Jug/19世紀フランスのブリキ製水差し】
19世紀フランスのブリキ製の水差しです。
湾曲したボディは手作業で丸めたボコボコとした叩きあとが残っており、職人の愛情と温かみを感じます。
フォルムがなんともおしゃれなデザインで、とても実用的な部分も備わっています。
錫コーティングの表面はところどころ剥げていて、濃いグレーの鉄本体が見え隠れする経年劣化もアンティークならでは。
長年の時間が織りなす雰囲気をどうぞお楽しみ下さい。
花瓶やディスプレイとしてもおすすめの存在感ある一品です。
＊水漏れテストとして、1～2時間水を張って漏れがないか確認済です。水漏れはありませんでしたが、古いお品ですのでインナーカップのご使用をお勧めいたします。

【19th Century French Tinplate Water Jug 】
A French tinplate water jug from the 19th century.
The curved body still shows the hand-hammered marks from when it was shaped by hand, giving it a warm, handmade character.
The form is simple but very stylish, and also quite practical.
The tin coating has worn away in places over time, revealing the darker grey iron underneath.
This kind of ageing is part of the charm of antique metal pieces.
Please enjoy the atmosphere created by many years of time.
It also makes a lovely piece for display or as a vase.
＊A water test was done by filling it with water for 1–2 hours.
No leaks were found, but as this is an old piece, we recommend using an inner cup if you plan to use it with water.
